How to Choose?

· Color Choices: Exterior panels are available in standard White or Black at no extra cost. Sofa and seat fabrics, carpets, and PET acoustic covers under the table can be selected freely from our standard color cards without additional charges.

· Desktop Integrated Control Panel: You can choose to replace the standard smart control system and outlets with the Desktop Integrated Control Panel at no extra cost. (Note: This option does not include the Smart Booking System).

This is a critical choice affecting visual experience and maintenance:

· Loose Seating (Industry Standard): Minimal maintenance and almost no after-sales pressure. However, seats are never in a fixed position, which can make the interior look messy after use.

· Fixed Seating: Ensures the pod always remains in a perfect, tidy visual state, which is crucial for high-end offices. It requires periodic after-sales checks (e.g., checking fixed screws) to maintain this perfect condition.

· Occupancy Light: We do not recommend adding this to all pods. If you have a small quantity, visibility is clear enough. The three-color function (Green=Available, Yellow=Reserved, Red=Occupied) only activates when the Smart Booking function is used.

· Booking System & Data Security: The touchscreen hardware has the booking system built-in, but activation requires a Special Wi-Fi Control Unit. This adds cost but ensures 100% local data processing and absolute enterprise data security.

· Hinges & Door Hardware:

o Standard Configurations: S Family, ST Family, and Dawn Family (DH, 2D, 6S) framed doors come standard with surface-mounted detachable hinges. Other framed door models come standard with concealed hinges, or can be selected from concealed or black hydraulic self-closing hinges.

o Premium Upgrades: SIMONSWERK 3D concealed hinges provide an ultra-clean front look and are required for heavy 1200mm doors (standard on DS, DL, DP; optional on SH, STH, DH). Self-closing glass hinges are custom-made and incur higher costs.

· Customizations: Custom colors (outside standard cards) and door handedness changes will incur additional fees.

· FOB Shanghai as Standard: Our default quotation is FOB Shanghai. While we can provide CIF quotes upon request, we cannot guarantee the most competitive freight rates for every destination country. Therefore, FOB allows you (or your local distributor) to secure better local logistics rates, saving you overall costs.
